Switched JOBS

I totally never expected to have an occupation as a trainer and documentation specialist. I am scared because I doubt that I would do a good job. First of all talking in front of a crowd and mastering the subject is a pain. The worst thing is anticipating the results of my trainees when they go on the floor if they will posses the knowledge and confidence that they will perform their job functions. UGH! Now I really feel bad for my past teachers on how i gave them a hard time or hardly paid any attention in class. Kudos for teachers or even trainers out there because I swear this is hard work especially for someone like me who have no idea on public speaking or teaching or documentation.
